    Deze variëteit heeft paarse stelen en een glanzend groen blad. De smaak is anijsachtig en wordt vaak gebruikt in Aziatische gerechten. Thaïse basilicum is sterk en kan daarom buiten gekweekt worden.

    Sowing Instructions
    Basil has very small seeds and is a light germinator for that reason. So it is better not to cover the seeds with a layer of soil. Sow the seeds shallowly and press lightly. Keep the soil moist, but not wet. Basil needs heat. So sow indoors in a bright place, or when it is warm enough in the greenhouse.
