    These purple-red sprouts are slightly sweeter than the green varieties. Very decorative and distinctive. The sprouts are late and perfectly hardy. The purple color is retained after cooking.

    Sowing Instructions
    Brussels sprout cabbage is a dark germinator. So you may cover the seeds with a layer of soil. Pre-sow in seed trays or seedling trays, or start right away in the open ground. Keep the seeds moist, but not wet. Cabbages germinate after an average of 7 to 10 days under the right conditions.
