    This yellow beet is very rich in flavor yet quite sweet. Delicious in salads, but this beet is also very tasty in the oven. You can pre-sow beets in seed trays or sow them directly in the garden.

    Sowing Instructions
    Beets are dark germinators and may be covered with a layer of soil. You can pre-sow them in seed trays, but prefer to sow them directly in the open ground. Keep the soil moist, but not wet.
