    These purple-red sprouts are slightly sweeter than the green varieties. Very decorative and special. The sprouts are late and very winter-hardy. The purple colour is retained after cooking.

    Sowing instructions
    Brussels sprouts are dark germinators. You can therefore cover the seeds with a layer of soil. Sow in seed trays or seed trays, or get started straight away in the open ground. Keep the seeds moist, but not wet. Cabbage germinates after an average of 7 to 10 days in the right conditions.
