Sowing instructions
Snapdragons are light germinators. That means you should not cover the very small seeds with a layer of soil. Indeed, that can make the difference between sprouting and not sprouting. Spread the seeds superficially over the sowing soil and press lightly so that they come into contact with the substrate. Keep moist but not wet and wait patiently. It can take up to 2 weeks for the first seedlings to emerge. Snapdragons do not need to be very hot to germinate. So you can put them in the greenhouse with ease. Caution: if you put them indoors to germinate, make sure they are in a bright spot. The darker the environment, the more likely the seeds will not germinate.
