Red Russian leaf cabbage
A variation on traditional kale, with grey-green leaves and a purple vein. Beautiful leaf cabbage that is very hardy. In spring, you can harvest the flower buds as young broccoli.
Sowing instructions
This Russian leaf cabbage is a dark germinator. So you may cover the seeds a little with soil. You can pre-sow them, or sow them in a cold container, for example. Keep the soil moist, but not wet. Coal germinates quite quickly. After an average of 5 to 7 days, you will already see the first seedlings appear.
