Coriander
Coriander is an annual kitchen herb that grows easily and prefers a spot in sun and semi-shade. Also grows in pots. Blooms with white flowers and produces seeds that are also edible.
Sowing instructions
Coriander is a dark germinator, so you may cover the seeds with a layer of soil. You can pre-sow in pots or seed trays, or you can sow directly in the garden once the chance of night frost has disappeared. Keep your seedlings moist, but not wet. After an average of 7 to 10 days, coriander germinates.
