Decorative dahlias

Decorative dahlias often have small to very large flowers, with petals that, unlike for example ball dahlias, are not very tightly packed together. The flowers are more disk-shaped, which means the petals do not reach all the way to the stem and therefore do not take on a ball shape. 'Café au Lait' is perhaps the most well-known decorative dahlia on the market.
