    My favorite East Indian cherry of the moment. This low-growing plant produces pale pink/ apricot-colored flowers that - like the leaves - are edible.

    Sowing Instructions
    Indian cherry is a very easy germinator. The seeds may be inserted about 2 inches into the soil, making them dark germinators. Pre-sow in seed trays or pots, or sow them directly in the field. Keep the soil moist, but not wet. Indian cherry germinates after an average of 5 to 7 days, depending on temperature.
