    This must be one of the first tomatoes I ever had in the garden. Also called "Black Krim," it is characterized by medium-sized, brownish-red fruits with a sweet taste. In the greenhouse or outdoors. Needs to be threshed.

    Sowing Instructions
    Tomatoes are light germinators that, unlike many others, you may cover with a thin layer of soil. In fact, soil also allows some light to pass through. Pre-sow starting in March, not earlier. Do so in seed trays, pots or seedling trays. Keep moist, but not wet. Tomatoes germinate quickly at 18 to 20 °C, usually after 5 to 7 days.
