White splendor candle that blooms all summer and provided a mild winter is also easy to overwinter. It is a perennial that combines nicely with verbena, echinacea and salvia. Good for bees.

Gaura or splendor candle is a light germinator. The seeds are not large and for this reason should not be covered with a layer of soil. Sow the seeds shallowly, pressing lightly and keeping moist, but not wet. Set the seeds at a temperature of about 20 to 22 degrees. And be patient, because the seeds take a few weeks to germinate.
