    This is the dark blue/purple brother in the barlow series. Very nice color that pops in the spring garden. Can also be used in a pot.

    Sowing Instructions
    Akelei is a light germinator. So it's best not to cover the seeds with soil. Apply the seeds shallowly over the soil and lightly press. Keep moist, but not wet. You can pre-sow them in trays, or sow them directly in the open ground. Give akelei some time; it may take a while for the seeds to germinate.
