    If you don't like the typical beet taste, this variety is a winner. Quite sweet and sliced, beautiful inside. The pink and white rings make for a colorful salad.

    Sowing Instructions
    Beets are dark germinators and may be covered with a layer of soil. You can pre-sow them in seed trays, but prefer to sow them directly in the open ground. Keep the soil moist, but not wet.
