    Ever heard of climbing zucchinis? What a discovery if you are short of space to grow the classic variety. The dark green fruits are deliciously tender. A climbing structure is required.

    Sowing Instructions
    Zucchinis are dark germinators, so you may put the seeds 3 to 4 inches deep in the soil. Pre-sow them in pots starting in April or sow them directly in the garden after the frosts. Watch out for slug pests. Put the seeds on their side in the ground, then no water will remain stagnant on them and you will prevent rot.
