    Romanesco is a bright green, Italian cauliflower also called turrets cauliflower. Deliciously sweet and nutty, quite easy to grow. This variety can be harvested from August to December.

    Sowing Instructions
    Romanesco is a dark germinator. So you may cover the seeds a little with soil. You can pre-sow them, or sow them in a cold container, for example. Keep the soil moist, but not wet. Cabbages germinate quite quickly. After an average of 5 to 7 days, you will already see the first seedlings appear.
