    This annual leafy crop produces fatty leaves that are delicious in salads, but can also be used warm in a puree. Delicious! Smooth germinator, very easy grower. This plant is one you won't have to worry about.

    Sowing Instructions
    Winter purslane is a light germinator. Do not cover the seeds with soil. Spread them over the soil and press lightly. Water, keeping moist, but not wet. You can pre-sow winter purslane, or you can sow them directly in the field.
