    A variation on the traditional kale, with grey-green leaves and a purple vein. Beautiful leaf cabbage that is very winter-hardy. In the spring you can harvest the flower buds as young broccoli.

    Sowing instructions
     This Russian cabbage is a dark germinator. So you can cover the seeds a little with soil. You can pre-sow them, but also sow them in a cold frame, for example. Keep the soil moist, but not wet. Cabbages germinate quite quickly. After an average of 5 to 7 days you will see the first seedlings appear.
