    Nice yellow turnip with a slightly flattened root. Deliciously fresh and full of flavour. Easy to grow in the open ground. Ripens early and can be harvested after an average of 2 months. Harvest young for the best flavour.

    Sowing instructions
     Turnips are dark germinators. The seeds may be covered with a layer of soil. Sow them directly in the open ground, or sow in large seed trays. The latter seems quite exceptional, but is possible if there is a lot of slug damage. Keep the soil moist, but not wet. Watering during dry periods ensures that the plants do not bolt and form flowers.
