    Mustard leaf is a cabbage crop of which you eat the young leaves. The taste is spicy and sweet. You can pick loose leaves, or wait until you can harvest heads. Ideal plant for the winter and spring.

    Sowing instructions
    Mustard leaf, also called mustard lettuce, is a light germinator. The seeds may be covered with a very thin layer of soil. Even better is to distribute the seeds superficially and press lightly, so that there is contact with the substrate. Mustard leaf is not a lettuce, but it is related to cabbage. You can pre-sow in containers or seed trays, or you sow directly on the spot.
