Helianthus annuus 'Astra Rose Cream'

Very special sunflower that branches well and produces beautiful flowers. The color is light pink with some brown and light yellow here and there. Good for bees and great for keeping in a vase.

Sowing Instructions
Sunflowers are easy germinators. They are dark germinators, so you may push the seeds into the soil a little, so they are covered with some soil. Keep the soil moist, but not wet. You can pre-sow them in trays or pots, but you can also just sow them outside starting in late April and early May. Tip: Alternate the sowing periods. Sow some in May, some in June and finally one last time in July. Then you will have flowers all summer, until when the night frost makes its appearance.
