    This Japanese, small pumpkin, is a feast for the eyes. Beautiful, ribbed fruits that get a gray/orange haze over them as they ripen. Very nice taste, good storage pumpkin.

    Sowing instructions
    Pumpkins are dark germinators and can be planted about 3 centimetres deep in the ground. Keep the soil moist, but not wet. Sow in pots, leave them in there, because they do not like to be pricked out. Or sow them directly in the open ground after the Ice Saints. Watch out for snails, they like the young plants.
