    This annual leafy crop produces fat leaves that are delicious in salads, but can also be processed warm in a puree. Delicious! Quick germinator, very easy grower. You don't have to worry about this plant.

    Winter purslane is a light germinator. Do not cover the seeds with soil. Spread them over the soil and press lightly. Water, keep moist, but not wet. You can pre-sow winter purslane, but you can also sow them directly in the open ground.
