    You can eat the blue or white flowers of cucumber herb, also called borage. The leaves are also edible and have a light cucumber flavour. The plant is also very popular with bees and bumblebees.

    Sowing instructions
    Borage is a light germinator. It is better not to cover the seeds with a layer of soil, unless very fine. Press lightly so that there is contact with the substrate, keep moist, but not wet and wait about 7 to 10 days. Then the first seeds will germinate. You can pre-sow, or you sow directly in the open ground.
