Very decent and particularly tasty green beans that are dark green. The beans are straight and grow up to 15 centimetres long. Smooth flavour, very productive. Spread sowing times for a staggered harvest all summer.
Sowing instructions
Beans should not be sown too early, they are prone to frost. Sowing from late April and early May is ideal. You can either pre-sow them in pots or seed trays, or sow them directly in the open ground, after the icing season. Then keep in mind that beans rot quickly. Wait for a dry period to sow. Put the seeds about 3 to 4 centimetres deep into the soil.
