    Beetroot with a mild flavour. You can eat them as baby beets, but also let them grow into large beets. You can store them well and because of their mild flavour you can also eat them raw.

    Sowing instructions
     Beets are dark germinators and may be covered with a layer of soil. You can pre-sow them in seed trays, but they are preferably sown directly in the open ground. Keep the soil moist, but not wet.
