    This amaranth has striking hanging flower spikes in the colour pink. It looks like candy. Very popular flower for picking that can also be dried.

    Sowing instructions
     Amaranth is a light germinator. So you should not cover the seeds with a layer of soil. Spread them superficially over the sowing soil and press them lightly. Keep the soil moist, not wet. Amaranth is a cold-hardy plant. Do not sow the seeds too early. You can pre-sow them, or sow them directly in the garden from May.
