California poppy with apricot-coloured flowers. The flowers open in the morning and close again in the evening. Exuberant bloomer.
Sowing instructions
Escholzia is a light germinator. The seeds are quite small and therefore should not be covered with a layer of soil. Sow seeds shallowly, press lightly and keep moist but not wet. Give the seeds some time to germinate, it may take up to 2 weeks before you see the first seedlings appear. You can pre-sow them, or sow them directly in situ.
