Romanesco is a bright green, Italian cauliflower also known as turret cauliflower. Nice and sweet and nutty, quite easy to grow. This variety can be harvested from August to December.
Sowing instructions
Romanesco is a dark germinator. So you may cover the seeds a little with soil. You can pre-sow them, or sow them in a cold container, for example. Keep the soil moist, but not wet. Coal germinates quite quickly. After an average of 5 to 7 days, you will already see the first seedlings appear.
