Pigeonweed in the colour pink. At each stage, the colour of the flower looks different. Great as a picking flower, but also recommended as a garden plant. Bee and bumblebee lure.
Sowing instructions
Scabiosa or doveweed is a light germinator. So you don't cover the seeds with a layer of soil. Place the seeds, which are like little badminton tufts, on the ground, press lightly and water. Keep the soil moist, but not wet. Pre-sow in pots or seed trays, or sow directly in the garden. Scabiosa germinates after an average of 7 to 10 days under the right conditions.
