Climbing courgette 'Tromba Albenga'
A delicious climbing courgette that, harvested young, can be eaten as a courgette. The plant climbs and attaches itself with tendrils. Impressively long orange-pink fruits when fully ripe. Then use as a pumpkin.
Sowing instructions
Courgettes are dark germinators, so you may put the seeds 3 to 4 centimetres deep in the soil. Pre-sow them in pots from April or sow them directly in the garden after the frosts. Beware of snail droppings. Place the seeds on their side in the soil, this way no water will stagnate on them and you will avoid rot.
