    Romanesco is a bright green Italian cauliflower that is also called tower cauliflower. Deliciously sweet and nutty, fairly easy to grow. This variety can be harvested from August to December.

    Sowing instructions
    Romanesco is a dark germinator. So you can cover the seeds a little with soil. You can pre-sow them, but also sow them in a cold frame, for example. Keep the soil moist, but not wet. Cabbages germinate quite quickly. After an average of 5 to 7 days you will see the first seedlings appear.
