Phalaris canariensis

This annual ornamental grass, also called canary grass, is a very nice filler for bouquets. Grows very easily and combines well in almost any border/cutting garden.

Sowing instructions
Phalaris is a light germinator. The seeds are small, need light to germinate and for that reason should not be covered with a layer of soil. Sow in containers or seed trays, or directly in the open ground outside. Keep the soil moist, but not wet. Phalaris or canary seed germinates quite quickly, with an average of 5 to 7 days.
