Dahlia pinnata 'dandy improved mix'

This dahlia mix contains open flowers of the collarette type. Semi-double and therefore fantastic for bees and bumblebees. Surprising color mixture.
Sow in spring, harvest after the first night frost. Dahlia seedlings also form a tuber that you can overwinter.

Sowing instructions
Dahlias are easy germinators. Light germinators, so don't cover them too much with soil. A thin layer is fine, but even better is to lay the seeds superficially and press them lightly. Lay the seeds on their sides, so that water does not remain on them. Keep moist, but not wet. Don't sow dahlias too early, because they grow incredibly fast. Starting from mid to late March is fine.
