Sowing instructions
Cosmos is a light germinator that you may cover a little with soil. You can push the seeds, which are oblong, vertically into the ground. Not quite, you want a bit left above the ground. A handy tip if you are pre-seeding. If you sow directly in the open ground, it is often enough to spread the seeds over the soil, press lightly and then keep them moist, but not wet.
