Chili pepper 'Hot Habanero Orange'

If you like it really hot, then the world's most famous chili pepper is for you. It averages 100 to 300,000 on the Scoville scale. The fruits are orange. Can be grown in a pot or in a greenhouse.

Peppers and bell peppers are sensitive to the cold. They like to have warm feet. Place them near a heating element, heat mat or underfloor heating, if applicable. In theory, they are light germinators that can get a thin layer of seed compost over them (soil also lets some light through). Keep the soil moist, but not wet and possibly use a greenhouse or hood to put over the seeds. Then it stays warm and moist inside, which will promote germination.
