Digitalis hybrid 'camelot cream'

Biennial foxglove in a soft cream colour that flowers in the first year if you sow them early enough. Excellent cut flower.

Digitalis has very small seeds and is therefore a light germinator. It is very important not to cover the seeds with a layer of soil. Spread the seeds over the soil, press lightly and keep moist, but not wet. The seeds need sunlight to germinate. The seeds of digitalis were given a layer of clay over them. This helps to sow them, because the seeds are very small.
