Final sale
This dahlia mix contains open flowers of the collarette type. Semi-double and therefore great for bees and bumblebees. Surprising mix of colours.
Sow in spring, grub up after the first night frost. In fact, dahlia seedlings also form a tuber that you can overwinter.
Sowing instructions
Dahlias are easy germinators. Light germinators, so prefer not to cover too much with soil. A thin layer is fine, but even better is to lay the seeds down superficially and press lightly. Lay the seeds on their sides so that water does not stagnate on them. Keep moist, but not wet. Don't sow dahlias too early, as they grow incredibly fast. Starting from mid- and late March is fine.
