My favourite slumber pea. Blooms with purple flowers and produces butter-yellow pods. Deliciously sweet taste. This variety needs support to climb up against something. Very prolific and much loved.
Sowing instructions
Peas and mangetout are easy to sow. They are dark germinators, so you may cover the thick seeds with a layer of soil. Push the seeds into the soil, press lightly and keep moist, but not wet. The first seeds germinate after only a few days.
