This white beetroot is a new thing to try in the vegetable garden. Grows like a traditional red beetroot, but is white inside. Deliciously mild in flavour and thus perfect for eating raw too.
Sowing instructions
Beets are dark germinators and may be covered with a layer of soil. You can pre-sow them in seed trays, but prefer to sow them directly in the garden. Keep the soil moist, but not wet.
