    The tastiest parsnip on the market, if you ask me. Sweet, nutty and a touch spicy: the ideal autumn crop. Good structure and good resistance to cold periods. Requires a low-nutrient soil.

    Sowing instructions
    Parsnips are light germinators. So it is better not to cover the seeds with a thick layer of soil. Press lightly and water. Keep the soil moist, but not wet. Parsnips do not like to be transplanted, so sow directly in the open ground. The seeds germinate, depending on the temperature, after an average of 10 to 14 days.
