    This white beet is a novelty that you should try in the vegetable garden. Grows like a traditional red beet, but is white inside. Nice and mild in taste and therefore also perfect to eat raw.

    Sowing instructions
     Beets are dark germinators and may be covered with a layer of soil. You can pre-sow them in seed trays, but they are preferably sown directly in the open ground. Keep the soil moist, but not wet.
