Turnip 'Petrowski'

Nice yellow turnip with a somewhat flattened root. Deliciously fresh and full of flavour. Easy cultivation in open ground. Matures early and can be harvested after only 2 months on average. Harvest young for best flavour.
Sowing instructions
Turnips are dark germinators. The seeds may be covered with a layer of soil. Sow them directly in the garden, or pre-sow in large seed trays. The latter seems quite exceptional, but it is possible, if much affected by snail infestation. Keep the soil moist, but not wet. Watering during dry periods will keep the plants from overshooting and forming flowers.
