Sowing instructions
Lathyrus can be sown in autumn or spring. In autumn, pre-sow them in P9 pots, overwinter them in the greenhouse to plant out in the garden in spring from March. They can take up to - 5 degrees, so can take a beating. Sow in early spring from January and February and again in March. That's how you spread the flower harvest. Lathyrus is a dark germinator, the seeds may be covered with a layer of soil.
